I can’t recommend this company as l sent an item back for a refund and despite sending them numerous emails no response was received l therefore opened a PayPal dispute then l received a response from Kitbox who would not refund me until l closed the dispute l had opened with PayPal this l was not prepared to do so this morning after waiting over a month for a refund PayPal have refunded me finding in my favour. I would recommend anyone intending to purchase from this company to proceed with caution. Not recommended

Excellent range of fitness products and when we needed to return an item for exchange we found them to be really helpful. Their communication was great and they kept us up to date with the process the whole time.

Ordered two skipping ropes for £19, custom made..apparently, with our names on etc.

Omg the shock, when the item arrived, it looked like it was around £5 and our names looked like it had been stuck on the rope lol. Not at all worth the £19 at all, trying to return it but not hopeful as it was “custom” made!

Outstanding Customer service. I’d left ordering vital kit for a competition to the last minute and Jamie bent over backwards to make sure that everything was ordered and delivered in time! The email replies were prompt and amazingly friendly. The kit is great quality at great price points. I couldn’t recommend KITBOX enough. 5* all day long

This product is fantastic. However only 4 stars because your website uses the same description for two different products. 3 ladies from my gym have not ended up with what they want ( the Grey Kevlar ones) and the leather alternative is no where near as good. You also won’t exchange back when this is pointed out yo you. This is poor form and damaging to your repretation. You need to resolve the description issues and change over the grips. It’s the decent thing to do .

Pre ordered some V Grips, heard lots about these how good they are. I was hoping to get them before the last Crossfit Open WOD. Emailed Jamie asking if this was possible. A propped reply came back saying they will be in towards the end of the week hopefully. We will then send them straight away. Great news they turned up today. EXCELLENT service. ??

I ordered 3 pairs of JAW Leather Separates, which were on promotion and at a great discount. The shipping took almost 9 days to Germany, I finally received them a few days ago.

Never heard of or used this place before. I found a 5.11 bag for £35 less than everywhere else. I ordered it. It was despatched within an hour and delivered the next day by DPD. Item seems to be genuine and nothing wrong with it. Its a good quality bag although I wouldn't have paid the full price for it but was worth what I paid. The item was marked as out of stock after purchasing so I'm guessing I'd got the last one.

Ordered from the Netherlands and received my package 11days later during corona and a lot of snow. I could track every step of my package and received a timely email about the delivery time.
All the product are correct and quality and sizing is perfect.
